Oopsie: Dog Training Tracker ("the App") is developed by Michal Marko, a sole trader based in Prague, Czech Republic.
The Oopsie iOS app does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The App itself does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
This website (getoopsie.app) uses Google Analytics to understand basic, aggregated traffic — such as the number of visitors, pages viewed, and clicks on the App Store download button. This helps us gauge interest in the App.
Google Analytics may set cookies and process anonymized usage data, including a truncated IP address. We do not use this data to personally identify you, and it is never combined with the data stored in the iOS app. You can learn more in Google's privacy policy, or opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your app data — including accident logs and streaks — is stored in your personal iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. This data syncs automatically across all devices signed into the same iCloud account, allowing you and your family members to share progress seamlessly.
Your data is managed entirely by Apple and is never accessible to the developer. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/privacy
The App may send local notifications as reminders. Notification preferences are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.
The Oopsie iOS app does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks. Website analytics are described in the "Website Analytics" section above.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the App.
This privacy policy may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Please review this page periodically.
